regarding exports and updated files

i might lame asking this, here goes:

 

my question is- if have made adjustments file, adjustments happening in lightroom or image altered. need export in order access changed file have made? lets want upload image. uploader go correct folder , choose file. getting original, unaltered file if don't export changes new file?

the image not altered (unless export, , exported image altered).  lightroom performs non-destructive edits.  keeps imported image intact in own state.  keeps list of edits have made, , lets see them again when view image in lightroom.  can reverse previous stage of editing, or original image, in lightroom, going, in develop module, history on left , clicking on of edit stages shown.

 

when export, export state of image displayed in lightroom.  of course, edits exported image locked in place, unless edit exported image application.

 

we don't save our images in lightroom way in many other photo editing applications because edits not locked in within lightroom.  1 of lightroom's best design strengths, imo.

 

one exception noted in recent thread participated in, along same lines.  if create virtual copy of image, edits you've made point locked in , not revertable in virtual copy.  careful not delete original imported file shown in lightroom in favor of virtual copy (an easy mistake make, if you're not paying careful attention when deleting images.)

Arduino Uno not uploading

Indesign and MathType fonts

i having trouble getting indesign recognize mathtype fonts.  have been told move mathtype fonts on 2 indesign font folder.  copied mt-extra font file mathtype folder , pasted indesign font folder.  nothing changed.  indesign still gives me blank box after copy mt-extra font mathtype -->illustrator-->indesign.   guess need instructions on how transfer of fonts done correctly.  i'v looked @ install fonts manual indesign, not clear me on how it.  need utility fontexplorer this, or there other way.  what's weird working fine until had reinstall osx , reinstall cs3, font trouble started.  need toggle "activate-reactivate' adobe cs3 , don't know how close 20 max on this, worried that.  (i suspect because of note on forum might necessary).  thoughts appreciated. i'm using windows, advice may worth nothing...   1) shouldn't have deactivate id recognize fonts. 2) design science gives fonts away in type 1 , truetype flavors....
