Why am I losing Closed Captions when Publishing to .avi?

i have 16-slide software simulation audio, hint captions, full motion slides , graphic objects.  project plays great in preview. published .cp file .avi these settings:

  • video (*.avi)
  • output options
    • full frames (uncompressed)
    • audio format = pcm
    • resolution: 800 x 600
    • audio quality: mp3, 64 kbps, 44.10 khz
    • elearning output: disabled
    • display score: no
    • enable accessibility: yes
    • skin - default cp
    • flash size , quality: custom
    • frames per second; 30
    • include mouse , audio
    • externalize resources: skin

then take .avi file , import quicktime pro , format project export quick time video (.mov) using these settings:

  • video codec: h.264
  • colors: true color 24-bit
  • key frames: every 24
  • data rate: automatic 9formats broadband)
  • compressor quality: medium (63)
  • encoding: best quality (multi-pass)
  • frame rate 15
  • size: current
  • audio codec: non (uncompressed audio)
  • audio format: 22.05 hz, 16 bit, mono
  • channels: 1
  • embed video html
  • prepare internet streaming = fast start

when play .mov quality great, audio great, hint captions , mouse movement great - there no closed captioning @ playback.  have ideas on how can fix this?  need cc appear default in .mov.

thank taking look!
