I seem to have the "rare" problem too

browser: internet explorer 7

this stand alone laptop owned, maintained , used little ole me.

 

i'm frustrated whole flash issue y'all claim "rare" tons of people battling.  maybe seems rare because haven't taken time go through registration process come in here , complain!

 

when go website requires flash player, gives me message tells me have update flash player before continuing.  quit doing have been doing on internet , shut down windows on computer other 1 adobe website in it.  agree terms.  click bar @ top run active x thing.  appears loading , video start.  place video should goes away , says off right installed properly, don't confirming video.  , running , go 1 of websites require flash , same stupid error message saying need update.  seem recall same problem happening last time flash moved new version.  couldn't install.  couldn't of helps in files work me.  blew off , waited while.  eventually, error messages went away , videos , things started running again.  i'm trying patient thinking adobe , microsoft stars align , life function again, i'm running out of patience.  i'm not able view of photos need view work done.  i'm not able register tasks having been completed in area.  there tons of things need done , need silly program load.  don't have few weeks left wait worked out!  it's been going on couple of weeks already.  why impossible!

i have posted set of instructions in other recent posts, seem have fixed problem several users.

try following

 

if using internet explorer, , flash player still not install, try starting ie in safe mode follows, , try install there

 

start -> run -> type iexplore -extoff

Indesign and MathType fonts

i having trouble getting indesign recognize mathtype fonts.  have been told move mathtype fonts on 2 indesign font folder.  copied mt-extra font file mathtype folder , pasted indesign font folder.  nothing changed.  indesign still gives me blank box after copy mt-extra font mathtype -->illustrator-->indesign.   guess need instructions on how transfer of fonts done correctly.  i'v looked @ install fonts manual indesign, not clear me on how it.  need utility fontexplorer this, or there other way.  what's weird working fine until had reinstall osx , reinstall cs3, font trouble started.  need toggle "activate-reactivate' adobe cs3 , don't know how close 20 max on this, worried that.  (i suspect because of note on forum might necessary).  thoughts appreciated. i'm using windows, advice may worth nothing...   1) shouldn't have deactivate id recognize fonts. 2) design science gives fonts away in type 1 , truetype flavors....
