Do not send fonts to Distiller

we using adobe acrobat 7.0. using microsoft dynamics gp 8.0. when attempting print pdf on windows 2003 server used terminal server, following error. "when create postscript file hae send host fonts. please go printer properties, "adobe pdf settings" page , turn off option "do not send fonts distiller".

we can not find go find "do not send fonts distiller" option. closest can find under adobe pdf printer properties "do not send fonts "adobe pdf"

 

we have tried following no success.

1. click start, , click printers , faxes.
2. right-click adobe pdf, , click properties.
3. on general tab, click printing preferences.
4. click select not send fonts "adobe pdf" check box, , click ok.
5. on advanced tab, click printing defaults.
6. click select not send fonts "adobe pdf" check box.
7. start microsoft great plains.
8. in microsoft great plains, click print setup on file menu.
9. in name list, click adobe pdf, , click properties.
10. on adobe default settings tab, click select not send fonts "adobe pdf" check box. then, click clear not send fonts "adobe pdf" check box.
11. click ok 2 times.

you should read license agreement server use of aa7, not allowed. not sure how using it, may pushing use of license. there issue many acrobat versions working on server 2003, in stand-alone mode.

 

the properties of sending fonts on adobe pdf printer properties. right-click on printer or select properties in print window. select settings tab. send check box should there (use system fonts, not document fonts - name aa8, think send fonts in aa7).

Indesign and MathType fonts

i having trouble getting indesign recognize mathtype fonts.  have been told move mathtype fonts on 2 indesign font folder.  copied mt-extra font file mathtype folder , pasted indesign font folder.  nothing changed.  indesign still gives me blank box after copy mt-extra font mathtype -->illustrator-->indesign.   guess need instructions on how transfer of fonts done correctly.  i'v looked @ install fonts manual indesign, not clear me on how it.  need utility fontexplorer this, or there other way.  what's weird working fine until had reinstall osx , reinstall cs3, font trouble started.  need toggle "activate-reactivate' adobe cs3 , don't know how close 20 max on this, worried that.  (i suspect because of note on forum might necessary).  thoughts appreciated. i'm using windows, advice may worth nothing...   1) shouldn't have deactivate id recognize fonts. 2) design science gives fonts away in type 1 , truetype flavors....
