[SOLVED] ATMega328 on breadboard won't work

hello,

i have atmega328 arduino uno bootloader bought e-bay, one right here.

i've bought capacitors, resistors, ttl converter , 16mhz crystal make thing.

i've checked multiple video's on youtube how make this, have following, tx rx, , rx tx (from ttl converter). have led on pin number 13 (number 15 on microcontroller, good). crystal on pin 9 , 10 20pf capacitor on both sides (9, 10) ground connected. on rst pin ttl convert have 100nf capacitor.
so when powered led blinked few times, when try upload sketch timeout error this:

so started research , lot of people requested put 10k resistor between pin 1 (rst) , vcc, did , when power blinks 5 times more without, , when upload sketch led blink times, still give timeout error , won't upload.

so there must connection anyway since led blink whenever upload code.

for have no clue i'm doing wrong , couldn't find other suggestions fix on internet.

have seen breadboard tutorial?

i have used make atmega328s work internal 8mhz clock have never needed make 16mhz version.

make simple pencil drawing showing how have connected , post photo of drawing

nick gammon's diagnostic programs may helpful if have working arduino.
