Shifting capacitors for 555 timer

hi grateful if can me question.
i working on project stuck right now.
so trying switch next capacitor after time interval attached circuit.
i tried use 595 shift register didnt work out.
are there other components or methods can enable switching?

so c1 connected capacitor 10 seconds, , c2 become connected capacitor 10 seconds, , on.
