[un-solved & solved again] J!1.5RC3 "router.php line 140" error tied to CB 1.1 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i error users , administrators in following circumstance ...

when users hit submit make changes cb profile
-or-
when hit upload change cb avatar

this not case of 3 days ago.  on 1.5 rc3, cb 1.1 update regarding line 240, sef, gzip, mod re-write, , add suffix off.

this error report:
fatal error: unsupported operand types in /home/racspace/public_html/includes/router.php on line 140

tcp client
