ImporterProcessServer.exe Stops Working and Crashes the Program

why keep happening?  it's been happening me cs3 except less frequently.  happens randomly now, premiere , media encoder.  whenever stops working, encoding fails and/or premiere crashes shortly after.  have windows vista home premium 64-bit.

 

edit: it's happening every time now..  10 seconds after click start queue, executable fails.

one or more of these troubleshooting tips might you.

tcp client

Can't read sms using Thinker A7 communicate with Arduino
