changing the colors of gray in the GUI CS4

hello all,

is possible change shades of gray format user interface in dreamweaver cs4?  particularly insert toolbar/menu.  bar dark gray, letters comprise layout / forms / data / spry etc. etc. etc. in black.

same true many spots throughout user interface.  dark gray backgrounds black text.

is there way change readable?

tcp client

Can't read sms using Thinker A7 communicate with Arduino
