DS3231 from adafruit to measure tempature

i attempting use ds3231 rtc adafruit measure temperature (https://www.adafruit.com/product/3013?gclid=cj0keqjwkzflbrczg-69tjy84n8beiqaffawqm6lxqlb8ke38u7icowjoryvqvngq4zkpnqapfjmt1qaak-u8p8haq). while doesn't can measure temperature , display through serial, have seen several project people using variants of ds3231 measure temperature.

attached code using, have necessary libraries use ds3231 , can accurately measure time no problem.

tcp client
