Remote Path Message

hello trying resolve issues works site. have been receiving error message quite bit lately:

 

has changed on remote server (2/19/2009 4:27pm) since last or put operation (2/19/2009 5:27pm). putting file may overwrite changes file. wish put file anyway?

can assist me in means or if preforming actions should know about. thanks

few questions:

 

• is page dynamic?
• how many people accessing page?
