Proで静止画のプレビューできない？

　premiereproを使用していて、720×480ではjpgもプレビューできるのですが、その他のサイズはリサイズされても、レンダリングをしないとプレビューできません。edius などではその必要はないのですが・・・これが当たり前なのでしょうか？ご教授願います。
　環境は下記のとおりです。
cpu pentiumiv 2.0g
ram 1g
vc nvidia fx5600
cc matrox rt.x100xtremepro

rt.x100xtremeproではできません。別トピック「静止画が荒れるのは何故？」でも触れています。

tcp client

Can't read sms using Thinker A7 communicate with Arduino
