Is there an HTML component in Flex 2.0?

does flex 2.0 have html component? render html pages local hard disk , remote server. how achieve in flex 2.0?

i believe can air application, "uses open source webkit engine".  did come across component:

 

html component

but not sure if available flex builder 2.0.  have price tag.

tcp client
