Cannot use tools in CS2

i have had reinstall windows twice in last month have had fun of reinstalling many other things well.  reinstalled cs2 , when open program can start new file when click on tool hand icon on screen.  reset preferences and  made sure registered again, have suggestions?  thanks

 

p.s. system info:  windows vista ultimate 64bit, ps cs2

a hand icon may indicate sticking space bar.

 

how did reset preferences?

 

you know cs2 not oficially supported in vista 64.

tcp client

Is there an HTML component in Flex 2.0?

hi all   does flex 2.0 have html component? render html pages local hard disk , remote server. how achieve in flex 2.0?   thanks in advance...   regards prashanth i believe can air application, "uses open source webkit engine".  did come across component:   html component but not sure if available flex builder 2.0.  have price tag.
