Increase Tool tips sensitivity

it may same in adobe things. i'm using illustrator cintiq now.

i've found using mouse, sensitivity trigger tooltips there. it's there the cintiq, it's there 3-5 times longer. longer figure it'll never appear.

 

this may related sensitivity, when text prompt, tablet pc input panel shows of time. ie: doing graph in ai yesterday, entering data, text input popped up, stopped. went entering form, , text box came back, , disappeared b4 finishing things.

 

is there registry setting can increase or decrease, increase sensitivity of tooltips work faster , better cintiq ?

 

any idea why input panel stops appearing b4 text input finished ?

something possibly related, taking repeated hovers single action.

i more assume issue in wacom settings. @ least conventional tablets there setting inactivity timeouts , sensitivity of pens when have not yet touched surface , hovering above... also, if don't use multiple pens, try turn of detection , set fixed tool. may help.

tcp client

Can't read sms using Thinker A7 communicate with Arduino
