How do I find the .htaccess file in Dreamweaver for a website I am building?

how find .htaccess file in dreamweaver website building?  trying add php extension comments on html page.  1 of these 3 comments needs added.

 

addtype application/x-httpd-php .html .htm .php
addhandler application/x-httpd-php .html .htm .php
addhandler x-httpd-php .html .htm .cgi .php

i have added on webpage want comment section run.  adding comment section adriantnt.  included whole file in rootfolder , attach message.

tcp client

hi all   does flex 2.0 have html component? render html pages local hard disk , remote server. how achieve in flex 2.0?   thanks in advance...   regards prashanth i believe can air application, "uses open source webkit engine".  did come across component:   html component but not sure if available flex builder 2.0.  have price tag.
