Button with dual function

first time creator here. have done several example projects , looking own project.

here want do.

have 2 momentary buttons upon pressing one, makes led flash , trigger relay 1s , stop. (two different led/relay sets 1 each button)

but if user pushes button several times in row max of 10 times within 2s time frame want each press counted , each press make led flash , relay switch 1500ms
(example:9 presses make last 13500ms)

then if button pressed during time running want stop led flashing , triggering of relay, , light different led 1500ms. (basically cancel button using same button)


how hard be, , can point me in correct direction.

follow question: have duo card using testing. once running correctly, can transfer arduino nano final project?
