Thread: Maximized Windows

not entirely sure if right place, nevertheless - i've been playing around unr desktop (got rid of menu-thing taking netbook-launcher away start-up apps. though can't use desktop anything, can't put files on or useful it, except can see desktop background.

anyway, problem this: i've got upper , lower panel, each 26px. before, when maximized window, make title of window appear on upper panel, x in right corner close it. title no longer appear when maximize, goes away (it's visible in windowed mode, ie unmaximized).. there panel-element need add show up? it's rather annoying having right-click element in window list in order close.

you have install (via synaptic) ubuntu-desktop , , remove maximus have normall ubuntu desktop
