Troubles with "read on" link - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello.

as long first post in here introduce myself little bit , in addition excuse myself if post @ wrong location. please keep in mind i´m not native speaker try best  ;)

after dealing html lots of years decided move on cms, joomla 1.5 more exact. although know isn´t release version , should not used production sites tend go on one. site not going use critical information why i´m not "downgrading" 1.13. testing , design purposes installed current rc 3 on cobalt cube 3 local network server appliance along centos, apache , fancy stuff. installation went fine , - - seems work expected. well, nearly....

while using standard milkyway template tried write articles see how works out alltogehter. because articles have lots of text information thought "read on" button function below text box input area. after clicking red dotted line appeared , write on below line. after saving , opening article within backend view "intro" part working correctly, clicking "read on" link went this:

"not found

the requested url /apple & intel&catid=34:apple historie not found on server.

additionally, 404 not found error encountered while trying use errordocument handle request.
apache/2.0.52 (centos) server @ 192.168.0.224 port 80"

although creating category "apple historie" , configuring article category still happened not shown. i´m pretty sure made no mistake in creating , configuring categories , sections... furtheron, changing "read on" thing more personal in side menu of "new article" area did lead nothing, stayed "read on". misconfiguration (chmod) of configuration.php or bug?

i using 1.5rc3 , have no problems "read more". why dont try using xampp install local web server php & mysql testing, because seems server not configured?

Indesign and MathType fonts

i having trouble getting indesign recognize mathtype fonts.  have been told move mathtype fonts on 2 indesign font folder.  copied mt-extra font file mathtype folder , pasted indesign font folder.  nothing changed.  indesign still gives me blank box after copy mt-extra font mathtype -->illustrator-->indesign.   guess need instructions on how transfer of fonts done correctly.  i'v looked @ install fonts manual indesign, not clear me on how it.  need utility fontexplorer this, or there other way.  what's weird working fine until had reinstall osx , reinstall cs3, font trouble started.  need toggle "activate-reactivate' adobe cs3 , don't know how close 20 max on this, worried that.  (i suspect because of note on forum might necessary).  thoughts appreciated. i'm using windows, advice may worth nothing...   1) shouldn't have deactivate id recognize fonts. 2) design science gives fonts away in type 1 , truetype flavors....
