Thread: 9.10 -- accessing the GRUB menu

it took me 3 shots @ installing 9.10 (some people little slow) in dual mode vista, got right. by-product of stumbling around have multiple entries in grub menu , remove ones no longer need. how do that?

assume each menu entry represents chunk of code is, likewise, no longer needed. free space. how can make sure i'm deleting correct version?

wonder how can copy/paste menu here make easier see.

finally, assume latest entry in menu shown first. there way @ time , date when entries made?

thank in advance. ...fred

maybe run "sudo update-grub" , force rediscover actual installed operating systems.
