Access values in one component from a different component?

i have component datagrid. can access parent application step0.chosenlist.dataprovider, , datagrid in main app can display if dataprovder set {step0.chosenlist.dataprovider}.

 

however, have pop-up window separate titlewindow component has grid needs display same data.  doesn't recognize {step0.chosenlist.dataprovider}.

 

what's proper way this?

tcp client

Can't read sms using Thinker A7 communicate with Arduino
