HTML Links and RightClick Menu

hi all! have problem html links in dynamic textfield <a href="some link">link</a>. when call rightclick menu on link, can choise next: open link, open link in new window , copy link clipboard. when click "open link in new window", link must opened in new window, work when href="http://..." , don`t work correctly (link opened, in _self window), when href="asfunction:..." or href="javascript:...". need open link <a href="asfunction:...> in new window, when click "open link in new window". ideas?

tcp client
