"Dreamweaver not responding"

i bought , installed dreamweaver cs4 on pc.  installed, knowledge.  when went start program microsoft windows notified me "dreamweaver not responding" , won't open; circle "hourglass" continues there in limbo.  else ever have occur , know problem may be?

i have same exact issue. purchased , downloaded dreamweaver few days ago. need college. not have install disk because did instant download. tried uninstall , delete files , redownload , reinstall same thing happening. running wondows vista above system requirements. appreciated.

tcp client
