A PHP newbie question

it appears can't have php files neatly placed away in directory called php (assets/php), images (assets/images) , css files (assets/css).

 

when use <?php include("assets/php/header.php"); ?>, index.php file doesn't see header.php file. but... if take header.php file , place in root directroy, <?php include("header.php"); ?>, well.

 

any idea i'm doing wrong? please help.

tcp client

Can't read sms using Thinker A7 communicate with Arduino
