how do I change !doctype in preset template?

<!doctype html public "-//w3c//dtd xhtml 1.0 transitional//en" "http://www.w3.org/tr/xhtml1/dtd/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

 

w3c supports !doctype. find file resides in preset templates start correct more modern !doctype. preset in dw8 refers w3c page no longer exists.

tcp client
