photoshop cs3 "not responding" on start up.

when open photoshop cs3, gray screen comes , says adobe photoshop @ top , usual instantly goes "not responding" , have use task manager out of it. haven't been able put in product key activate because of issue. use windows vista home premium on hp dv500. idea whats happening?

try resetting preferences described in faq.

you either have physically delete (or rename) preference files or, if using alt, ctrl, , shift method, sure confirmation dialog.

 

this resets settings in photoshop factory defaults.

 

 

a complete uninstall/re-install not affect preferences , corrupt file there may causing problem.

tcp client
