count modules for sub menu items - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have main menu submenu items.

module 1 shows 1 level deep items

module 2 shows level 2

when there no submenu items main menu item countmodules still gives 1 result because submenu module published.

is there way check mainmenu item has no submenus within template, if countmodules return 0 when there no data module great.

tcp client
