03962A TP4056 dont give output with battery first attact battery

hi

i try use 03962a tp4056  nodemcu

this kit usb , battery give output nodemcu.
when disconnect usb conttinue give , output nodemcu
connect agian continue charge , give output .

but when first connect battery not give output nodemcu.

i try difrrent lipo battery 10000mah 2000mah..

same result.

i use wemos battery shield works same setup.

tcp client
