contact us form not working - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

my site's contact form not working, , has never worked.  site hosted on bulk register - enom , i've contacted support quite few times.  other sites have hosted on netfirms, contact forms work fine.  what's happening is:
the data entered each field, submitted.  once submitted, form nothing.  looks if reloads page.  know supposed give "thank for..." message, dont that.  , of course no mail ever shown in mail box supposed go to.  i've tried 3 -- phpmailer, sendmail, , smtp , cannot figure out!  must wrong enom, , not joomla.  know using iis, whereas netfirms in using apache.  think funny sites netfirms work fine, , 2 sites have on enom, contact not work.  mass mail doesnt work either.  please help!

does site send out other emails such registration, forgot password etc?
