Stopping Sampling after 2 seconds

hello,

i wondering best way stop sample on analog pin after 2 seconds.

i playing accelerometer , uno, , saving output eeprom, rather gather constant stream of data on written, gather few seconds of information @ time.

information measured in bytes, not seconds.  how many bytes?

tcp client
