Copying content from .chm help

hi all,

i have system that's maintained in robohelp word (v5), it's primary layout used winhelp, upgraded .chm.  after conversion, clipboard seemed stop working.  users able copy content , paste word doc or notepad in winhelp format can't we're using .chm format.  know if normal or of fixes?

chm allows selecting text , whatnot , copying clipboard.

 

i create chm files custom javascript allows me click text , copy windows clipboard.

 

how seeing fail?

tcp client
