Fireboard - email to register not working - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i installed fireboard on clients site today.  when try "register" no email comes through activate registration.

the site had not allowed user registration went global config , changed that.  these settings:

under global configuration > "allow user registration" has "yes" chosen "use new account activation"

the site not have cb installed.

i know email site has been working because have daily backup bot installed , client says he's getting files emailed him every day.

i have valid email address in fireboard config.  don't know else , can't find on fireboard forum.

anyone have ideas me?  must simple i'm missing?  ???

tcp client

Can't read sms using Thinker A7 communicate with Arduino
