i installed fireboard on clients site today.  when try "register" no email comes through activate registration. the site had not allowed user registration went global config , changed that.  these settings: under global configuration > "allow user registration" has "yes" chosen "use new account activation" the site not have cb installed. i know email site has been working because have daily backup bot installed , client says he's getting files emailed him every day. i have valid email address in fireboard config.  don't know else , can't find on fireboard forum. anyone have ideas me?  must simple i'm missing?  Board index Joomla! hello...   i have client wants me add instructional video had created existing website. video produced third-party , given me in segments think may large (each 12-30 mb!!!!). have never needed incorporate video before, started homework (researching). found few great article in flash , dreamweaver sections, unfortunately, still can't work. videos mpeg-4 (so i'm told) , flash article said change file extension .flv. did , allowed me start choosing options in import video section. selected progressive download, default skin, typed in dimensions , clicked finish. message pops says video failed import, doesn't why. drops box black screen , skin selected onto stage, video isn't there. tried previewing in browser (in case firefox), nothing shows up. fear since don't know i'm doing here never make clients deadline in time... i'm begging me. please kind , use beginner's language , explanation.   thanks! you'll need convert video mpeg4 flv - not change filen...

hello, i have atmega328 arduino uno bootloader bought e-bay, one right here . i've bought capacitors, resistors, ttl converter , 16mhz crystal make thing. here link usb ttl: click here . i've checked multiple video's on youtube how make this, have following, tx rx, , rx tx (from ttl converter). have led on pin number 13 (number 15 on microcontroller, good). crystal on pin 9 , 10 20pf capacitor on both sides (9, 10) ground connected. on rst pin ttl convert have 100nf capacitor. so when powered led blinked few times, when try upload sketch timeout error this: code: [select] avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00 . so started research , lot of people requested put 10k resistor between pin 1 (rst) , vcc, did , when power blinks 5 times more without, , when upload sketch led blink times, still give timeout error , won't upload. so there must connection anyway since led blink whenever upload code. for have no clue i'm doing wrong , couldn't find o...

hi, is there anyway reduce number of pins arduino control stepper motor? i'm using 28byj-48 , uln2003 drivers , takes 4 arduino pins control.  in final project have 4x motors (taking 16 pins up) , 6 switches various things such limit switches (taking 6x pins).  that's 22x pins more uno has available. is option use driver board (like easydriver) supports i2c or has else got suggestions on how can reduce number of pins needed control steppers? i thinking shift registers couldn't head around how able incorporate them. appreciate suggestions! thanks use several separate stepper drivers, on own boards.   for regular stepper motors, they're dirt cheap, and/or built arduinos , transistors. i'm making own arduino based driver right hard drive motors.  if go diy route, can use api example stepper functions , code. like you've seen, steppers need @ least 4 wires, 2 each phase. stepper drivers need 2 pins, step , dir....

i have setup connect 2 seperate instances of led , photoresistor. shine on photoresistor 1 ~3 sec, led 1 goes out. shine on photoresistor 2 ~3 sec, led 2 goes out well. you can put out led 2 if have first put out led 1. only problem i"m having, after writing low led 1, there residual voltage keeping on. if shine laser on photoresistor 2 led dims more, not fully. when both leds written low dim. i've measured through multimeter. when led1 =  low, receives 0,27v when led1 =  low , shine laser on photoresistor receives -0,03v when led1 =  low & led2 = low receives 0,00v click here photo what heck code: [select] /*  blind cyclops!     het doel van dit spel om de photoresistor te raken met de laserstraal en zo de cycloop te verblinden. als de taak geslaagd dooft de led boven het hoofd van de cycloop.     als het oog van de ene cycloop verblind kan er nog een tweede oog aan toegevoegd worden om de puzzel te vermoeilijken....

i getting no sound in youtube while watching movie in vlc read pulseaudio problem did instructions in thread safely removing , didn't notice difference. went synaptic , removed libpulse0 , long list of other since couldn't access sound in preferences , read remove pulseaudio in synaptic. still no difference. searched sound , removed think libjack0 because said allowed multiple applications use sound card @ once thought there small chance , still nothing. tried restart using upper right menu , didn't had push power button , select restart menu popped up. restarts , screen flashes prompts me log in , enter correct password , goes bootup screen again login prompt , it's stuck in endless loop. after messing around in recovery mode trying login again instead of login prompt gives me option start in low graphics mode says dev/fb0 not found , loop. do? that happened me once, though messing graphics driver...
